Jasmine was extremely helpful with clear/easy to understand instructions, prompt with meaningful/sensible replies to all of my questions, and accurate estimations pertaining to the over all subject wich left me feeling confident in the Verizon services I have been provided.
My experience with Jasmine was very helpful like I had ah issue that I did not know how to get it taken care of but thanks to Jasmine I've got the situation taken care of.

Ive tried using them multiple times and there is always an issue. This time they claim ive used my gift card from the warranty, but i havent even gotten the email yet to get the gift card. Now it is taking another week for them to just review it even though ive been waiting a week and a half wondering where the hell it is in the first place.
