Very easy to dealt with just using chat room! Having problem with my used Headrush MX5 that I bought online at guitar center. All they need is the receipt and mailing address and just like that the process my claim and just need to mailed my headrush Mx5 to them.
My experience so far has been pretty painless with Asurion. I can't really say the same for the actual repair company though. The repair company had my 65 inch tv for 10 days before they even ordered the part. On the 19th day they contacted me to say that it couldn't be repaired. Asurion contacted me before the repair company to offer me a replacement. They replaced my 65 inch with a 70 inch. The only difference was that I will be receiving an Android tv instead of a Roku. They are comparable but I personally like the Roku tv better. Of course my husband was pleased to be getting one that is a little larger! I just ordered the replacement today, so I hope that it all works out!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
