Went to AT&T with my broken phone and given Phoneclaim.com address. Went home got on the site and they are sending me a replacement phone. Very easy.

I dropped my phone and broke my screen. I was told simply bring this to an AT&T store and your insurance will cover it. I did that and they tell me that I need to go to a UbreakIfix store. I went to the store and the nice gentlemen told me that they cant fix it because the back of the phone has one crack in it. I called insurance and reluctantly paid the outrageous 225$ to receive a replacement. Appointment was set for 7-9pm, the expert never showed up and never called. Instead of rescheduling they stuck my phone in the mail and now it will take 2 more days to come to me. This is more expensive and more time consuming than just paying to have the phone fixed yourself. Absolutely horrible costumer service and misleading tactics. HORRIBLE COMPANY
9/29 I called to get my replacement activated I was phone for about 30 minutes was late for work and was lied to was told the system was having an update and it will be activated in 15 minutes never did (9/30 I called and kept getting hung up on the text app was a waste of time for a bit because it would direct me to a dead end., finally 30 minutes after., John came into my life and in 6 minutes took care of everything I was starting to feel disappointed but John did such a fast and amazing job. Thank you John you where great 20 out of 10 simply outstanding
Samsung took.my laptop from me stating it's unfixable all I needed was a screen I look up the price it was not bad price for the screw so they take all my parts and reuse them to make money.
I am HANDICAP I told samsung I need that laptop (they dont make anymore) they offered me $500.00 I paid 2,500 with extra warranty. I can't afford a new one. I tried 11 times to talk to the correct department, obviously they don't know how to transfer people. I had one samsung representative try to resale me insurance that I pay for.

WOW, Mack was 100% the best customer service representative that I ever had. He helped me finish a claim that I had filed months ago struggling with lack of communication & help from AT&T. It didn't even take that long to do with his helpful guidance. He also was very helpful with information that I did not receive from AT&T about the deductible that I have to pay. He was so kind & patiently guided me through the steps that I tried to fo before & wasn't successful at until tonight so I can't thank him enough for his help. I wish I could get that kind of service from other customers service representatives & other companies!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
