LGC1 65" screen shorted out: technician came earlier than projected date, resolved in less than a week. Professionals at all levels.

I purchased a protection plan because I had never used earbuds. They worked well for about 8 months and then stopped working. Asurion guided me through filing a claim and refunded the purchase price with an Amazon gift card.

All in all it was a good experience except for the slow time to process the claim.

An easy process and several options were provided as a replacement. The replacement of my smart TV is a quality brand.
