Unfortunately I had a item near & dear to me break. I forgot I had coverage & when I remember I made the call & was helped step by step on the who, what etc. My item could not be fixed but as promised by Ausurion it would be replaced to equal value. And that promise according to their rules & stipulations were met in a time span that I was greatly appreciative.

I attempted to do a setup on my new iPad. It quickly became apparent I was in over my head. Saw the I I I saw Asurion icon on the bottom of the screen. I started with a chat but it quickly became apparent I had a team. They verified what I was trying to do and gave calm, easy to understand direction. I could not do the data transfer iPad to iPad. Tech Coach Denise suggested a couple more pad to pad transfers that I could not do. We did a manual with iCloud data. She stayed with me during the transfer and when it was done we did some verifications to make sure it was a good data transfer. Never did I think with her quiet confidence that my iPad wouldn't be set up. They are awesome solo or in a team.
Jaclyn was my tech and she did a great job. Very patient with me. She answered my questions so that I was able to get my phone working again correctly. Very happy with this experience.

For the past 2 days, our HP printer kept getting jammed. I contacted Asurion to help and they quickly resolved our issue.
I have been using Asurion for about a year now and can honestly say that it has been a life saver. I have sent them multiple devices and they have fixed them and sent them back. The whole process takes about two weeks. Its defiantly worth the money.

This is the best protection plan that I have ever bought. It's a worry free plan. I submitted my claim and was instantly approved a refund. It can't get any better then that!
The total experience was excellent. I've previously purchased an extended warranty on a tv from a 'club' store and had nothing but problems that resulted in a total loss because of them being customer unfriendly, demanding, and expecting the customer to spend more rather than backing up their product.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
