Took 3 minutes to walk in and hand them the device, they took my name and called me when my device was ready in a few days.

Saving your receipt with them is the best. Those who helped me were very quick and kind.

I saw that there was a charge of a protection plan that was included in the item I had purchased in July 2022. I contacted Amazon, who referred me to Asurion online. I explained my concerns and the representative was very thorough and knowledgeable of the item that I had purchased. The representative responded quickly, assuring a refund and that Amazon had been contacted. It was quite simple and extremely fast. There wasn't a long wait unlike using the phone. Asurion exceeded my expectations!
