The service scheduling wasn't as timely as I would have expected (2+ weeks), but the protection plan was more than worth it - $0 for what would have been a $500 repair/part replacement. Customer service were very friendly on the phone.

Simple and Easy

I bought the Protection Plan for an e-bike. It's a long story with what happened with my e-bike, but 3 e-bikes later and 3 transfers of my Protection Plan to each replacement bike Asurion made it painless, simple and easy. Saving your receipt with them is the best. Those who helped me were very quick and kind.

Unexplained charge

I saw that there was a charge of a protection plan that was included in the item I had purchased in July 2022. I contacted Amazon, who referred me to Asurion online. I explained my concerns and the representative was very thorough and knowledgeable of the item that I had purchased. The representative responded quickly, assuring a refund and that Amazon had been contacted. It was quite simple and extremely fast. There wasn't a long wait unlike using the phone. Asurion exceeded my expectations!

My experience was seamless, the product that was covered was still under manufacturers warranty, but they're no longer in business. I used the chat, operator understood and shipping label to return the product will be generated in 2 hours. No muss, no fuss. 5 stars.

Incredibly easy claim process

I picked up my luggage from the airport baggage carousel to find that it had a broken caster.
I submitted a claim and instantly I was issued an Amazon gift cared to replace the luggage!
It doesn't get more efficient than that! Insurance money well spent!

I could not set up one laptop
Your person did a great job at setting it up when I called your number *******854
I tried to sign on to your recommended Webb asurian.com/staples & it took me to Dan.com that said that the name was for sale
That is when I called
I am not sure what is going on with that
But not very reassuring
I am happy with the final result
I have always bought HP products & have been very satisfied with them
