Claim was easy and all my issues were addressed. I have several extended warranties through Asurion and they always stand behind the warranties.

Accidentally cracked screen on my iPad. Filed claim, it was quick and easy. Dropped off at UPS, they also knew how to handle shipping process. Dropped off and two days later, my iPad arrived.

I never purchase protection plans but with the amount of the purchase that I made on Amazon it thought it would be best. As it turned out I did have to file a claim. The agent that I had was Jia and the process was resolved quickly and without any difficulties. Purchasing the protection plan ended up being the best purchase I made, too bad the product wasn't as good.

Tyler was very patient and capable for providing the help I needed to set up and activate a replacement phone.

Bought an extended warranty on a gas grill. Needed the burners replaced. Warranty came through with a complete grill replacement. Definitely going to buy the extended warranty again. These folks were very easy to deal with.

The person I had before Sarah was an idiot. Sarah walked me through the entire process seamlessly.

I think Asurion's insurance is worth it, and the customer service is excellent and goes above and beyond to resolve claims quickly and easily.

My experience with Assurion customer service and the GE technician was awesome. It couldn't have gone any easier!

Francisco and Carolina were excellent. They arrived on time and were very efficient. They cleaned up any mess they made from drilling new holes for our microwave. I would highly recommend them.

My voicemail that I had never really used you're really used kept notifying me continuously. It was so annoying it was about to drive me crazy! Hopefully it will quit working after this session with this wonderful person that helped me troubleshoot the issue!
