I had to file a claim for my phone and I am so glad that we can file online now. It litterly took me like 3 minutes till my claim was complete. It was simple, fast, and no hassel at all.

I got an error message that said No Connection and I rebooted unplugged you name it but it didn't work. My technician here at Asurion showed me to enter my apps by going through settings to mail to then add an account and it fixed the problem. I would never have known nor figured that out on my own.
