Busted iPad Pro! Walking home and my bags zipper must have fell and than I hear that sound. You know that my device hit concrete sound with a mix of cracking glass? Im a tattoo artists so my whole life of work is pretty wrapped up in the convenience of my iPad and I have work to deliver this weekend. Went to my Verizon app and the claim literally was done in a few minutes. So easy. My new device will be here tomorrow. Whew!
Easy to file a claim. The weather station worked very well at first, then after being in service for a while, the temperature display froze on -40, then changed to 56, then it would be random. The wind speed stopped working as well.
It was easy to applying for the repair and one week turnaround was great! The Home Depot escalator I needed for food spoilage reimbursement was extremely friendly and helpful and got my reimbursement money to me fast.

I purchased coverage for a knitting machine. After having problems with the machine, I tried Amazon and the seller and they were polite, but unable to help me. I dropped my Samsung Watch and broke it. I filed a claim on-line and immediately a chat line was opened. My claim was filed and accepted within 30 minutes or so. They were very polite and professional. I received a shipping label to return the broken watch immediately. Amazing service!

It is my fault for taking it out of the case, but it was locking up and you had to wait for someone to call or text to have use of the phone. Oh well the last update took care of that problem or the drop did.

The process to make a claim was so easy and stress free and my claim was processed and credit given in less than 1/2 hr. I would recommend when purchasing a pricey item on Amazon do your self a favor and purchase the additional protection plan from Asurion.
Tell people that when you loose your phone the insurance and warranty doesn't cover anything. I have 290 days left on my warranty plus insurance and I have to pay $275 is rediculous. I was told even if you have insurance it doesn't cover flip or fold Galaxy Samsung phones. Absolutely rediculous. Thanks AT&T for nothing and Asurion

Was having issues transferring data, clicked on the assistant app, and the issue was quickly resolved after a few descriptions of what I had been struggling with. Very helpful. Normal "assistant" type apps usually spin you in cyberspace and never seem to get the issues resolved, but my "assistant" was helpful and patient.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
