Andrew was very helpful

Got my replacement phone activated had a little bit of an issue getting it to realize it was on a network but everything else went smooth and this was just a minor blip. Andrew stuck with me and offered to hang around while i called the number to get further assistance but at that point, everything started working. Quick, easy, and very helpful staff.

Horrible-Scam

Black Screen on Laptop

My one year old laptop purchased over a year ago with an Assyriology 4 Year Protection Plan developed a black screen and would not boot. I contacted Asurion and with the assistance of a chat specialist my issue was completely resolved in a very short time. I was impressed with the ease of the process and so glad I purchased the protection plan.

Learning my iPhone security

I have a 14 Plus. Many new features. Big learning curve for me. I had to be ready to listen and be patient as the technician guided me through my Security Setup. There were many steps that I had not experienced before. The process took a while but Brad was very clear sending directions via Chat and I helped answer questions when I was not sure what to do next. Excellent service.
