I have nothing but bad thought's regarding Asurion. I have had several escalations request and half of them went unanswered. I have had my request open since April of 2022 for my washer and dryer and we are now in Nov 2022. They service center deem the appliances un repairable however Asurion took further no action and sent another service company using my claim allowance all to avoid a fair cash out on my appliances. My washer has gone through 7 repairs before they decided to cash out and still depreciated the 3 years I have had my unit.

I had a product that failed. When I went online to file a claim; the system didn't find the item. It directed me to a chat service. In less than five minutes, Maria found my item, approved my claim and ZOOM I was done. Awesome!

My keyboard went kerplunk. I called Asurion, because I had bought a 3-year protection plan, and they set up a claim number and emailed me an address label to return the keyboard free of charge, via UPS. The next day I heard from Asurion that they had noted the package was on its way to them, and I got a cheque in the mail within three days. I am extremely pleased with their service. Be sure to keep your documentation, the price of the product, and Asurion warranty, in a safe place in case you need them later.
I bought an office chair that was expensive, I thought the price should reflect good quality. I was told I can buy a protection plan for 3 years which I did. The chair I bought has manufactured design defect, Only after 3 months of used,mesh seat pad snagged and couldn't support my weight (130 lbs) evenly, cause my legs numb and back was off without fully support too. I filed a claim on line for 30 minutes,vey simple, got a refund and I went get another new chair, whole process only took 24 hrs.
My technician today was fast to understand and address my issue! 5 star customer service!

Asurion provided Excellent Customer Service, the process was extremely easy overall they deserve a rating of 10+.
Had issues dealing with the website at first but once I chose the CHAT option. The service rep was outstanding had my service request done in minutes. Before I knew I was done and ready to get my item on its way to be fix no charge to me. I have never had an issue putting in a claim with ASURION. I buy insurance on almost anything that's electronic or Kid related items that can be broken and I always come out on top when putting in my claim. They resolve them very quickly. Don't think about it twice about buying ASURION to protect your items. Easy and fast claims resolution.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
