A hybrid hot water heater was purchased at Lowes in September of 2010. Multiple attempts to service the defective unit were made over the past 12 years. As the Extended Protection Plan was about to expire, I was attempting one last time to have the defective hot water heater repaired. There was an issue finding or referencing my extended protection plan with Asurion. After more than 8 emails and close to a dozen phone calls, I was put in touch with Leigh Ann, Corporate Resolution Specialist with Asurion. She assessed my situation and advised that Asurion would stand behind the original extended protection plan and the decision was made to make me whole for the original cost of the hot water heater. Thank you Asurion for standing behind your word and honoring the original agreement that was in place. I would not hesitate to utilize Asurion and its products in the future. Lastly, a huge thank you to Leigh Ann who was nothing but professional and helpful in resolving my situation. Cheers from the Lentz family.

I had my phone about 3 months before one drop while seated in a chair cracked the back. I pay $15 a month for insurance with this company and made a claim. After being with ATT for YEARS this is my ONLY claim. The only problem with this phone is a small crack on the back and easily fixable. THE COMPANY decides they'll send me another phone but I have to pay $250 deductible in addition to paying the monthly insurance. Ok that's reasonable.
What is not reasonable is for them to send me a used phone. I would much rather get my phone repaired and save the hassle of Data transfer, password recovery, and re-downloading everything that didn't cross over.
What made this worse is every time i called asurion for a label to send the broken device back, the phone mysteriously hangs up, no chat feature available, att tells me to drop the phone at a store which was inaccurate and finally on my ONLY off day from work I call them just to get a rep who emails me the return QR code that doesn't open. Here we are almost a month and in limbo

In that time I have only had a few claims and each time I called or visited the locations in my area or had correspondence via online chat or emails I have done so with the most courteous and helpful staff possible. In this day of everyone leaving the personal touch in the hands of the machines, it is a blessing to deal with people of this caliber and I thank Asurion for their personnel.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
