Terrible

Most inconvenient claim I've ever made. The claim item never arrived. They said they'd send another. I'm new to this town and dont know neighbors yet. I was all but forced to ask them to receive the replacement for me (AND commit to being there to sign for it). The same neighbors that (who knows) possibly stole it from porch in the first place. Asurion refused to mail it anywhere else like, I don't know, maybe the Verizon store!?! I could very easily pick it up there. Safely. What is someone in my position to do? I have no family here and literally don't know anyone yet. Yall need a new policy. New options. This is not okay.

Great service!

Very easy-to-use interface and I am so very glad that I took the insurance option. It sure came in handy when I needed it. It was time for an upgrade (long past time) which I considered but upgrade prices were much more than I expected so being able to file an insurance claim to replace my lost phone was a godsend.

Hands Down Amazing Support!

April was my Tech Support rep and she was not only professional and courteous, but also extremely patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and a fast problem-solver. Product replacement

I purchased an air mattress and also purchased protection for it thru asurion. My air mattress had a small leak which continued to get worse. I submitted a claim for it and it was so simple to do. They took care of everything. They're sending UPS to come pick up the defective mattress and they're covering the shipping cost. Once they receive it back, they'll send me an electronic gift card to replace it. It was very easy to do.

I called the representative with a repair request. She was great. She gave me instructions on what to do, what the process consisted of and what to expect. I received emails with instructions. I got updates on the process and when to expect the delivery. I was very satisfied with this service.

Data transfer from old phone to new

I received a new Galaxy S21 phone, replacing my Galaxy S9. The instructions for transferring data from my old phone to the new one didn't work. Went to chat with tech support, got Monica. She walked me through another option and all went smoothly.

I cracked my screen and had to file a claim on my Samsung S22 Ultra. The claim was easy to file and I had a new phone within 48 hours. My only complaint was that my replacement phone wasn't the same color as the original, but a case fixed that.
