Lots of people are intimidated about dealing with computer and printer problems. He worked with me on two different problems (Saturday - a printer issue and Sunday - getting my email and fax to work.) Switching from Windows 10 to Windows 11 created a lot problems.

Our tv stopped working. Filled out the claim got an email pretty quickly about options to pick from. Then never got emails after that. Called like a week later and they said oh you will get it on the 9th. Which was still a couple days. The tv was busted when arrived.i called them and talked to them. They said they have to reach out to Walmart to return the item and they would not get anything back from Walmart for 48 hours. Never got a call back. Called back like 4 days later and they said that a freight company would have to come back and get the tv. They could not resend a new one until it showed picked. It was another week for them to pick up. I was told right when they pick up I can call and they can re purchase the item. Well I called in and they said oh we don't know what tv we sent you so I have to email another department and it will take 48 business hours. This was on a Friday. It was Tuesday when we Heard something back. Now I am still waiting because the tv they ordered isn't even in stock.
My kids laptop stopped working while he was not able to do his home work.
I called COSTCO and ASURION they managed to get my laptop fixed within few day.

Today, I filed a claim because my phone got damaged when I dropped it. The online process was quick, easy, and I was approved instantly for a replacement. Asurion is a great company.
Contacted Asurion when Smartwatch stopped working. The online chat process was very easy to use, taking only a few minutes to process.
It was easy to get the claim fulfilled but it took a little legwork … when I filed a claim online they referred me back to the manufactures warranty which was no longer applicable so I had to go back a second time to push for assurion to handle the claim —which they did and after that point it became very easy (but this isn't the first time this happened to me — also with a different product) so buyers beware!

Was able to fix situation with your rep great service
At 2:30am, I was laying there, trying to sleep, and as I rolled over I accidentally knocked my phone off the bed. My phone fell on the hard tile floor. I picked it up and realized my screen was broken and my phone was acting nuts. I opened my ATT app, found the warranty info and filled out a claim. It took around 7 minutes to complete. I was back in bed and sleeping within 30 minutes! It was super easy and I would recommend this process to anyone!

Awful. You replaced my lost Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g with a reconditioned one. An it is a real POS. I know why the original owner turned it in to place of purchase. There are just too many things wrong with the phone. The touch screen has a mind of its own, the camera is like an old model, just awful pics, cloudy, fuzzy, lens cover is clean. Asurion duped me with a lesser phone that should have never been recertified. I Paid top dollar for the lost phone and paid my bill on time every time. I would recommend another insurance Company.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
