Ryan made getting my claims filed a pleasant experience all the way down to looking up the odd charger type my laptop takes and filing a claim for it as well as my laptop so I'm even getting the charger replaced free of charge. I highly recommend getting assurion insurance on any electronic device.
Instructions included in box would be wise. Some of us are old and don't understand SIM cards etc

The technicians who resolved my problem were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Not to mention very professional. If I was just a rating the technicians, I would have easily given a five rating. It was the scheduling process that dropped the overall rating. That scheduling/rescheduling process was a bit challenging and frustrating.

Been with them for over one year. Laptop broke. Made a claim for the laptop. Rejected because "the product in your claim is not covered by your plan." I called in to find out why, they said that there was a mistake on their end and I need to resubmit the claim and assured me I would be covered.
They reopened the form and I filled out the claim again. It spit out a rejection once again, same reason. I forgot about the insurance and it kept charging my account. About 5 months later I called in to cancel my service, they looked into my claim from 5 months ago and said they will get it sorted and my laptop will be repaired. They sent me the form again. I filled out the form. Received rejection letter. Immediately called to cancel service. Customer rep said to give them 4 days and they will reopen the claim FOR THE FOURTH TIME. I said not thanks, all they were doing is giving me runarounds with assurances that it'll go through and I'll get my laptop fixed, but alas, nothing. Nearly $324 thrown out into the wind. I have all conversations recorded (allowed in Texas) and screenshots/emails of every rejection.

Speaking with a live rep was very comforting. She understood my situation and handled my situation quickly and with no judgement. Same with online chat. I was to the point and very informative. I feel good knowing that Asurion team is there for me in my time of need.
We had only a few weeks before the warranty plan expired and they were able to send a shipping label and give us back the full amount of the product.
I have few devices needing service lately (literally like jinxed or something, lol) and Asurion has been there for my account with good service and explanations of it all, in btwn stressful dates (holidays, short staff everywhere a days, etc., etc.,) anything but a BIG Thank you!

I FILED A CLAIM WITH ASURION FOR A TABLET. I DID THE CHAT AND TALKED TO ROLANDO. HE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME WITH EVERYTHING I NEEDED. AND I AM SO EXCITED AND GREATFUL TO HAVE THIS COMPLETED.
Wonderful care! We contacted because our hover board broke, Chris took excellent care of us! It was easy, fast and no problems whatsoever! We used to chat option and we're very pleased with how easy it was. We received a full refund so we could purchase a replacement.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
