I was told I was getting a new phone because my phone was under the factory warranty and i was disappointed to receive a refurbished phone. Jayson helped me through setting up my phone and when I accidentally reset the new phone instead of the old he was very kind and walked me through it again. Washing machine pump went bad due to 1, yes 1 penny that had floated over the drum. Thank you Home Depot for using Asurion. I bought it on line, everything I needed was there in the app to activate the warranty.
On buying new goalkeeper gloves, the cashier recommended the protection plan. I never buy protection like this, but given the probability of wear and the promise of replacement, I thought I'd give it a try. Sure enough - my son wore the gloves about 6 months of steady plan (3-4x per week practices and matches), and finally the foam was worn to the point of being in need of replacement. Claim was simple - copy of receipt, pictures of front and back of the gloves, and within 2 days I had an e-gift card as promised. Will definitely do again.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
