Usually never buy service agreements, but did due to a 4yr coverage for a reasonable price and a history I had with printers. My first time having an Epson printer and so glad I bought the Asurion agreement through Staples. Issue with a "maintenance box" which I never heard of with prior HP printers. Robert of Asurion helped me online through the whole issue and learned I had to replace this 'box'. Was reasonably priced and will purchase and install myself. The chat and connecting to my computer went extremely well and many thanks to Asurion having such a great tech!
We had my watch and my daughters earphones go out the same week. Asurion made the repairs process simple. I'm hoping the repairs are done quickly! So far I am extremely impressed.

I was trying to set-up/activate my new phone. My previous phone had been trashed (by me), so the "info transfer" part was more challenging than it needed to be. Regardless of the ups and downs of communicating via the website "chat" function, I was most fortunate to have a "Tech Coach" name Jaymi. I needed to activate a replacement phone for my damaged one. After battling for a few hours on my own, Ian, from the message tech support was able to get me up and running in 10 minutes. I should have gone there first.

Sent sound bar in for service on Nov 14th, was received on Nov 16th. No updates until Nov 23rd with a email asking how your service was. Had to go on line and chat with Medy who had to do a lot of research to find out what was going on with my sound bar as there were no notes. Found that my sound bar could not be repaired and they were issuing a refund for the sound bar. Which is great, but instead of me sitting here waiting on info or delivery of my repaired sound bar, sitting on chat for about 30 minutes, a little reach out by customer service would have meant a lot. Very poor customer service.

When we went shopping on Black Friday, I misplace my phone in one of the stores we went to. When I couldn't find my phone back home, we looked all around the house and in the vehicle, we went in. I was trying to see if I could find it before filing a claim. I called all the stores we went to and even went to personally, and they said they didn't find anything of the type of phone I had. So, I started the phone claim by going to the Verizon store, They gave me the phone number and website. I went home and tried online and go pass the PIN information box. Went back to Verizon store and got a new PIN number and now I am done filing.

It was simple and smooth I like the service best service I had in a while
Asurion customer service was easy to work with, which was appreciated. They need a better system of knowing when an item needs to be mailed to them for repair when the customer knows it cannot be repaired because the customer talked to the Epson tech and the tech said the error code displayed meant the printer was beyond repair. I had to mail the printer to Asurion at the cost of $100+(set by Asurion and they did make the process easy) to be told it could not be repaired. I realize that Asurion reps do not know me and I could have been lying. There has to be a better way.
They promptly paid the fair market value of the printer for $310. Of course I only realized $210, but that was still better than taking it to the dump's electronics disposal area.

Asurion insurance options with Amazon is incredible. It has saved me so many times on expensive products that turn out to be junk. I will always get this on things that matter! Highly recommend for anything you can get it on.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
