Pleasantly professional agent "Marry"

I had filled out 1 claim and it didn't go through, so I wanted to do chat with agent, Marry was very supportive and helpful and didn't give me any hassle about my purchases(2) which she helped me with both. Got my gift card refund into my account asap. This was my first time doing a warrany product refund and it went as smoothly as possible. I spend way too much money on Amazon, so I'm glad they helped me out when I needed it. Luckily I got extended warranty for those products. Very happy with Asurion and Amazon.

Horrible service

Bought a Lenovo mini computer refurb and bought the warranty 2 months later the computer got critical errors. Sent the computer back toook 2 weeks to fix and then when we got back got the same error. Asked for my money back as they advertise and 3 calls and 2 weeks later no call back

Technician idnetified the problem, ordered the repair part and
Arrived on the date and time agreed upon.
Repair was made quickly and tested to see if it worked.
Technician was smart, knowledgeable and very courteous.
We are very pleased..
