I am having a nightmare experience with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I received a replacement from insurance. Due to multiple malfunctions on my iPhone 12, I couldn't get my data transferred. She stayed on the chat with me for a very long time. She figured to what was causing me problems. Shebremained kind and caring throughout the long ordeal.

As I explained we received great service. The serviceman came on time and repaired our refrigerator. He explained why we had the problem and how we could fix it if it occurs again.

Everytime i tried to add a photo it ended my chat. Which made it difficult to start chatting with agent starting over.

My experience with Topher was amazing you need more people like him knows how to ask questions very well an understands and for most he will make you laugh

The Unit serves me quite well. I wash towels weekly for my home the towels are heavy and require long drying time This unit gets the job done. The problem I experienced was with noise/ shaking. Technician Ryan came out very polite knowledgeable of his trade. Very supportive of the LG products.
Definitely would use service again.
