Had a problem logging into to my Asurion account because of my email change. Spoke with Ludy and she was able to take care of all my problems. Fantastic customer service!
I don't know how my phone was cracked and normally it would really stress me out, but they make it so easy and so convenient to get fixed don't have to worry. I work long ours and the fact they will come to my work is so helpful. I'm far from tech savvy and they have made it so easy to file the claim.
It's taken 3 attempts with Asurion employees to file my claim, the whole process is overly complicated and too expensive. With monthly fees and the additional service fee it's costing me $175 for what would have been a $75 repair somewhere else.
When we remodeled our kitchen, I upgraded our appliances and opted for the 5-year extended warranty. Absolutely worth the money when you aren't handy with repair work and can't work on these modern machines yourself. I've had to use the service twice for the dishwasher and this last service call I had the tech repair the Ice Maker, Microwave door handle and Dishwasher door latch. All were covered under warranty again! The customer service call center representatives have been fabulous with getting the appointments set up and the service techs they send out are fantastic and very knowledgeable about the products. Should I ever make another large purchase that offers and extended warranty from Asurion, I will definitely buy again.

She sent me links that I can go look up things that I needed and told me about other things that That in the future if I need it fixed, you guys would do it. She was just amazing. She sent me links that I can go look it up for myself and she explained everything and most of all she was kind. It's hard to get that kind of service anywhere. Thank you for the amazing service you gave. I'm happy I bought the policy.
Received new phone through insurance claim. The phone literally came the next day in the mail. It was easy to transfer all my info over. I had to reach out to have my phone activated and I chatted with Kim. She was so personable. She had conversations with me about my children. Literally first time ever using the chat feature and having it feel so personal and caring. Thanks for going above and beyond helping me today Kim!

My experiences with you'all left no room for criticism.In the past I have rarely been satisfied with repair-type companies but this was different and I think it is due to a competent and consumer friendly repair person, and a smooth running and professional organization. It was so easy to file a claim compared to what I used to have to do. Call them and fill out claim then call them again and all that. Now all done on the website.
Threw my phone in the washer yesterday on accident and had it shipped within the day (it's a Friday going into a Saturday) the instructions were super helpful and I ended up receiving help from Kim on Asurion website to active the phone and she was awesome and so patient! So not stressful and so easy. Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing phone issues.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
