My son's phone was dropped accidentally and damaged. Luckily I always get the phone care plan for all three phones I have with Bell and it's worth paying the monthly care plan fees. I recommend the plan to anyone who has smartphone since not having it may cost you a lot more and you can avoid the hassle of getting a replacement phone on your own. The claim process is very simple, painless and convenient.

Made a claim took 5 minutes to resolve I wasn't sure about this program when I bought it but I'll definitely be doing it for every purchase

They shipped me the box and everything for the laptop repair. When it wasn't repairable they very quickly sent me a check for the full amount of the laptop. When I purchased another I went with Asurion protection again.

I have used other product protection plans and got the run around when trying to make a claim. This claim was handled with ease in a very short amount of time. I would recommend to anyone.

My Ipad had a broken screen and would lose battery life quickly, but thanks to Asurion the Ipad was replace with a new one and delivery in a few days.

No need to justify or wait till the product was examined. They took my word for it that my coffee maker was not working.
