This was my first time making a claim on a phone. I usually just get a prepaid phone. But I have cricket now. I dropped my phone pretty decently and messed up my phone pretty badly. I'm surprised as to how easy it was to make the claim. I was expecting some long drawn out process.

I had an issue with our tv. I called asurion and I was met with a receptive and helpful individual. The tv had to be checked by a service technician and parts ordered which took a little time but that's understandable. The tv is now working properly and Asurion is the reason.

So easy to work with! My daughter's phone was over heating and we had a new phone in 2days!

Online good and easy in store service awful not helpful at all

Tech was great! Got my problem resolved...but issue I had was trying to offer me more add ons. I know this is part of his job but this is where verizon went wrong. I already spend enough with Verizon I am having an issue, why you think is a good time to see if I want to spend more money with you...there's are problem fix it!

I'm not happy with the process of getting the help I paid for, when I purchased my washer and dryer. I had no problem paying for it, but I had to go through red tape to get the help I paid for

I chatted with Rolando to cancel a claim as it was for a different product that I was not filing a claim for.

You've guy done an awesome job! Turnaround time was less than a week. When it was delivered I said no way this could be my laptop back this quick. IT WAS and right on time to get my business done.

Had two successful back to back, activations and transfers from old phone to new phone with a very patient and experienced tech support coach. Christian was awesome and stayed with us throughout.

My daughter broke the screen on our I pad pro. And luckily I had this service. Very easy to file claim and had my I pad fixed in just a day. Very pleased!

I recently got an iPhone 14 and realized that I was not getting group chats with android users or I could not send or receive picture messages with android users. I got a representative named Valentino and he helped me fix my problem very fast.!

My phone was damaged in the water and I got a new phone very quickly. The ATT help desk walked me through the new set up, getting the new iOS and downloading my data from the cloud. Then installing the SIM card was easy.
I usually like to talk with people but the chat box worked this time, which hasn't always been my experience.
