Laptop Computer

Asurion went above & beyond my expectation in fixing my laptop computer. I was thinking of a few keys that were broken to be replaced. Asurion replaced my whole keyboard, shell surrounding the keyboard & outside with a new top & screen. Having purchased the extended warranty was a great benefit. I also only had to do without my computer 1 week. Shipping was included with the plan. UPS 2 Day Air. Great job done on my computer. Thank You!

Glad I purchased!

Only two weeks after purchasing a set of headphones for my husband, they broke and I needed to use my protection plan. SOOOOOO GLAD I BOUGHT IT! I never do, but lately I've started to as electronics seem to be more cheaply made nowadays and break before the first year. I highly recommend buying this plan!

Viola was my tech support person. She did all she can do in trying to help resolve my phone issues. But my phone needs higher tech support and she gave me that info and instructions on how to contact that support as well. Im happy with my tech coach i had.

When I bought the ride-on toy for my grandson, I also purchased the product protection contract, but didn't expect I would have to use it, but when my grandson's toy didn't work, and I finally had a chance to look into the Asurion contract, I called them, and with no hassle, whatsoever, they told me the check was in the mail. Security Check-up

I got an email stating I should do a security check up and I didn't expect much of it. Not only did an actual person help me out rather than a robotic teleprompter, but Chelsea was kind and quick to respond to my questions. I lost my iPhone and got a replacement from Asurion. The process was really simple and the phone arrived timely (actually had same day and next day delivery option but I went with 1-2 business days). I then went to their website and used the txt help option to activate and set up my new phone. The process was very smooth and easy. The representative I dealt with was very knowledgeable and communicated at my level so that the entire process was smooth. I was very impressed with everything related to the process. Thought it was great!
