I give the chat person and the call in person a thumbs up for helping me unlock my sim card by supplying the PUK#. I educating me on how to enter it and reserve it for future use. I had no idea of any existing puk number and it's use. If you can learn about it. If you don't know.

Everything went very smooth with the Asurion insurance claim I filed. I gave them my email info and the company was great about keeping me updated on the repairs and when it was shipped back to me.

My experience started on Sat. DEC. 24th with a great young Lady name Taunya from St. Louis. She was very nice and helped get the phone shipped on the last drop off before they stopped. On Monday Patience took over and walked me through the rest of the set up and was very helpful during the set up! Thanks Ladies for everything you did on Christmas eve and the day after!

Filing a claim was very easy. Glad we purchased this protection plan.

I was so pleased and surprised upon calling for service of my LG washing machine. I received parts within 48 hours and a service tech was at my house within 5 days. The repair was done and I'm very satisfied..
