Our fridge went out. Forgot we had a warranty paid a repair guy to come tell us compressor died. Remembered we had warranty, called in got it all set up. The repair company called to come everything and I asked if they could make sure they had the part before coming. The young lady helping me put me on hold and checked and they did not. She said 4 days to get and pushed our appt one day which worked out so they only had to come once!
After several calls it was amazing to get a prompt resolution from Joshua in the chat support team. I called yesterday and was transferred then disconnected. How ever in a few minute Joshua researched and uncovered the email was keyed in incorrect by claims rep. Who then cancelled my claim, joshua updated and resubmitted. Thank you Joshua for providing service that is difficult yo find these days, i hope asurion values your level of attention.
The steps were easy and she, Jennifer spoke to me, well texted me promptly.

Billy was able to quickly help resolve my issues. He was kind patient. You know when they say be kind you never know what another person is going through well, billy does not know I have a class of cancer, small cell carcinoma. He does not know this of course. But he put my mind as easy one less think on my list to worry about. Thank you Billy may many blessings come your way. Being Kind Being humble being positive being patient means the world to someone who is fighting cancer.
Asurion is the best never had an issue filing a claim with them whether it be an Amazon purchase or a cell phone repair great company to work with.

I had a virus or something that was put in browser that kept telling me my phone was going to shut down, etc. It would not stop. My service rep made it so easy to correct my issue. She also suggested doing it every 2 to 3 weeks. I'm putting it on my calendar. I'm going copy & paste the instruction on my calendar so it will so easy to follow the instructions each time. I'll just so happy.
Very helpful staff. I bought my laptop from Costco less then two years ago. Suddenly, its USB ports stopped working. Because, Costco gives two year extended warranty on electronics items, they told me to contact Asurion, and that's how I came in contact with them(Asurion). Its staff is very welcoming. Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
