I lost my phone while on an airplane trip. Fortunately my insurance covers it. I had to call the local AT&T office to get the web site address but then it was a piece of cake.

I broke my phone and they sent me a new phone tree day after, also they help me to active it, Nick was polite and help me a lot.

I was literally done in less than 5 minutes and my phone will be here in 3 hours! Doesn't get better than that!
