It was very easy to file a claim online I didn't even know I could have them come to my home to have my screen repaired. I am home bound due to several foot surgeries so I can't leave my home do this is extremely convenient for people like me. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
