After several attempts, I knew I needed help and contacted Asurion. The technician who resolved the issue was so patient and helpful. I am extremely pleased with this service and if I ever need help again, I won't hesitate to contact Asurion.
I thought i would have to mail in my phone since i bought this online, but they have people contracted with repair shops. It took about 20 min to get everything situated and the person i spoke to was prompt (i did this though instant messaging)

My experience with my mobile phone insurance has been amazing. Their website is awesome. I wish you had a repair/ replacement store nearby. It would be nice to return the damage item and receive the replacement item in person. And to also receive assistance with the activation of replacement device. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
