Dropped the cover for my popcorn popper and I was told that my extended warranty that I purchased covers the cover for my popcorn popper. Without the extended warranty I would be spending more money for the new popper I just got last week and this one would have been in the trash.

I brought a MacBook in for a battery replacement. They said it would take a week to order the part and replace the battery. After getting the Mac home the track pad stopped working and the screen started flickering and went black. I took it back the next day and showed them the issues I was having. They kept it and told me that they would contact me by the end of the day after looking for any issues. I didn't hear from them, I called them a few days later to see what they found and they told me they were running Apple diagnostics on it. I called Apple to see what these diagnostics would be looking for and how long it would take. They told me that the only diagnostics they would be able to test the hardware with was run on the computer itself and only took about 2-3 min. After not hearing from them for a week I went into the store where they said that they found no problems and that there was nothing wrong. I brought the Mac home and the moment I turned it on the right speaker started crackling. I took it back that same day and after not hearing anything from them for another week I went into the store where they told me that the speaker was broken and needed to be replaced for $100. I asked if there could have been any issues that happened while removing components as they changed the battery and they told me no. That the battery was a simple take out and put a new one in job which was completely false. To replace the battery they had disconnect everything from the logic board and completely remove the speakers, tracking pad cables and more. I contacted the corporate headquarters to get these issues fixed. My calls always went to voicemail and it took days to get a return call, on top of that they were not willing to have any email corespondents at all. It's been over a month since first bringing in my Mac in for the battery replacement and still nothing has been done and communication with them has been next to impossible. I had purposefully set aside some holiday time off work while the battery was getting replaced. Now I'm losing hundreds of dollars a week while they do nothing.
My technician, Summer was awesome! I even gave her incorrect code numbers and she patiently was able to get the information from my account. Wonderful, refreshing and friendly experience! Thank you!
I canceled My plan 4 months ago and they don't want to reimbursed me the money so they told me they will do a claim on a computer i took To fix and they couldn't t repair and replace it but now all of a sudden they don't want to do that they playing game in that office and not all on the Same page last lady just gave me a attitude on the phone and canceled my membership without my 3 months i paid For already and hung up

Great service and quick turnaround. My laptop battery would not retain the charge. One call to their call center and I was sent the package to ship my laptop. After investigation they confirmed its beyond repair and refunded the laptop amount with in 7 working days.
This has got to be the hands down, most reliable insurance you can get for your phone. My iPhone has been stolen several times in the past 3 years (welcome to the SF Bay Area) and they have been able to replace it quickly (albeit with some questions, but that's understandable).

So I am going thru a really difficult time and situation right now and Asurion has stepped up to the plate big time to help me get my devices replaced (phone and watch) I couldn't ask for better service from my tech coach. Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
