I spoke to Brittany first, and we were accidentally disconnected when I did a network reset. I re-contacted Assurion and then spoke with Alexander who was also super helpful and very knowledgeable. I give them both 1 million stars. It means a lot for people in the customer service profession to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate these days.

I have had to deal with the same problem twice and Asurion has been wonderful as to back up our warranty. The problem is not with Asurion but with the manufactors' equipment itself. Verizon are always there whenever I need to contact someone with a problem. That in itself is great especially we all know the frustration of never being able to speak to someone on automated systems. Pretty happy with my service. I hope it stays that way...

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
