I had an issue with my battery going from 97% charged to 1% charged whenever I was connecting the charger to the charging port. Diana was able to help me with downloading a battery life APP and help diagnose the issue with the battery and possibly the charging connector. She did this with making me feel at ease during the whole procedure. You could tell during the chat that she has been doing this for a while and is very good at her profession.
I named it thumbs because I give a thumbs up to Diana of Asurion and because I'm all thumbs typing on a phone. She demonstrated great patience with my typing and made the experience very easy by walking me through all of the complicated aspects out of it. For instance I couldn't bring up photos after a needed screenshot, I hadn't logged in for some time and couldn't remember how to navigate, along with many other questions from me and she was Johnny on the spot with well explained, easy to understand, detailed instructions to get what done what other wise I think would not have gotten done.

This was my third experience making a claim. My claim was originally declined,i had to reach out to both a store and a customer service rep to have it approved. When i brought my device in i was told it would be ready the next day. Every day for 5 days i was told the same thing. On day five i told the expert that this was the fifth day of " it will be ready tomorrow" He finally said that they would repair it that day. My initial claims went very smoothly, so this was very disappointing.
The guy who took care of me made the process very simple
Why better service then talking to some at AT&T they only want you to add a new line or pay fee
The link was very easy to navigate. Instructions were very easy to understand. The response was very quick. I would recommend for people to pay for the warranty. It was worth it,

Frustrating phone reps. Techs are good. Don't make me repeat all my info. Everytime I call. You have the info. On the computer screen in front of you.
When I started my chat with Asurion, I was already frustrated. My product was not listed! But Rhealyn was courteous, swift and competent. She quickly corrected the error with just a few copy/pastes from me from my Amazon orders details page and she updated my account!
Then she swiftly processed my claim and I was printing my shipping label before we were done chatting.
Even though the price has gone down on Amazon for the replacement part, they are refunding me the original purchase price. WOW! Service with integrity.

I forgot I had this service and it came at a perfect time. My TV gave out during Christmas and didn't have much money to purcahse a new one until I looked at my Att bill and remembered I had this coverage. I logged in and made a claim and within 7 days I had a brand new TV...I was so pleased with the ease of making a claim and receiving my replacement. I am happy I got this service 2 years ago.
I have had to make 4 claims with this company and at first I didn't want the insurance but the people at AT&T kept telling me how great this company was and that I really needed this with 2 little kids especially so I think is was about the 4th time I was asked I went ahead and signed up and I have to say it has been a live saver. So I do owe a big thanks to AT&T's staff and a big thanks to the staff here, these people are great and very patient and upbeat. Thank all of y'all

Everything was Easy Explanatory! Asurion didnt seem to give us the run arounds at all love there self filling info.
I spent over two hours trying to activate my brand new phone and in under 40 minutes the tech support had my phone up and running. The Techs were patient and understanding. I'd definitely recommend using this service, it'll save a ton of time in the long run.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
