I love using Asurion as a warranty factor... their system is virtually hassle Free! They save the purchased warrenty right to the Amazon history for quick look up if something happens 1yr or 2 or 3 later, they issue the return label and with a tracking number (proof of reship) the credit goes right to account... super simple with great customer service team, Definitely recommend!

I went online not try to cancel a claim I started yesterday. My mom's phone was frozen for almost the whole day so I started the claim. She decided that she wanted to buy the latest phone (which we did today) instead of the iphone X that was offered to her (if I have one negative it is that this phone was not a good phone so to offer it as a replacement is not helpful... a bit of a waste of my monthly payment, if you ask me). So I came here to see if I could cancel the claim I started but didn't complete (which auto-terminates in 60 days so I don't have to cancel it). I ended up leaving with home electronics protection. Which is a great offer that Kenyata told me about. You can change your address and not lost coverage after the wait at the beginning of the program.
Kenyetta was an excellent customer service representative. Very sharp and astute. Excellent service. A joy to work with! She made this often painful experience, easy and pleasurable. I felt as though we were in person with one another. As a former prosecutor, I know very well the difficulties that can come when dealing with a frustrated public, so I know top-level service when I see it. She should be praised and rewarded for her magnificence in service. She should train others in what "service" is really all about. She was even overdue for a break and felt pressured to get off, but she stayed right with me until the end. Amazing! She is going places!

I like being able to use the chat because phone calls can feel frustrating. Chat is a little more easy going but still resolved critical issues.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
