I had to replace my phone due to a cracked screen. Asurion made the process simple and easy.
First Option, decide to schedule a date (4 days) to meet a tech fix my old phone screen for $29.
Or
Second Option, receive a NEW phone within 24 hrs for $75.
This was a no brainer. The new phone!
Set-up was fairly easy after using online support with Cesar.
One needs to know by using your SIM card from your old device does NOT omit the need to TRANSFER information from the old phone to the new phone.
This is still a necessary step.

Service provided was very good. Technician provided a detailed search of any problem and was able to resolve it on site. The scheduling and keeping the time of the appointment needs improvement.
I have a HP laser printer wit very little use and it stopped working, I called it in, they had me send it out they determined it was beyond repair so they gave me the money to replace it

Dealing online was a pain. Kept wanting me to put in a code, but when I copied and pasted, it said invalid. When I called and talked to a person, everything went great.
It was almost impossible to get any one on the phone, not sure what the issue was but the phone repeatedly kept hanging up. So i decided to use the chat services instead. I was appointed to someone almost immediately. When i tell you she was amazing she handled business very professionally and it took no time at all.
I bought a new refrigerator and the protection plan, thank God. About 2 1/2 years later a crucial part stopped working, which had no replacement. Fortunately, was still under warranty. The protection plan reimbursed me the full amount I paid for the fridge back, plus the damaged food I had inside.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
