Dropped phone at work. Called consumer cellular and they gave me the phone number to asurion. Called and got the web site info. Filed a claim in less then 2 minutes. Very, very happy with the quick response and very simple form. Thank you!

Once the CSR found my service/protection plan in the correct division, the actual pickup and repair service was excellent. Second time Doc's Electronics, Nicholasville, KY has serviced a TV through Asurion for us. It once again, was flawlessly done. Tech Jason is professional, polite, and does what he says he is going to do. Products returned fixed and hung back on the wall as found at pick-up! Highly recommend this plan and their service agent for repairs! Definitely worth the money for this plan!
Phone would turn off the VPN when I leave it off amd I was told that when I need updates Is when it will shut off!
Watch out for a tech named Derick he is rude and not very easy to get along with he should not be working customer service jobs if he is not happy to help others!

I work for one of the retailers affiliated with Asurion (Staples) so I have always been an advocate for adding protection plans to a lot of our products. However, this was the first time I had to file a claim on a product I had actually purchased. Filing a claim was fast and easy, as they asked me for my reason for filing a claim and visual proof that the claim was legitimate. I received a Staples gift card the next day, which I was able to use towards a new chair. I will make sure to provide my personal experience to customers in the future!
I was so frustrated that my speaker was broken and have never filed a claim for my home products. I was having trouble online so decided to chat and got an amazing chat rep named Justin. I am a nurse and try to give great service to my patients and it was an amazing feeling to get great service back from Justin. I find it to be quite a talent to let your light shine through texting but that is what he did. He made me feel comfortable in an unfamiliar process and got the job done for me. You never know how an lol or a smiley face can change the tone of the conversation. He got the job done...not just taking care of the computer work, but taking care of the CUSTOMER as well. Really good and easy service to use when needing to do a claim. The entire process is pretty quick and efficient. I took one star off because of the wait time to turn everything in for a claim. Each step is submitted separately and one usually has to wait a business day before hearing back from support for each step. Some of the steps could be combined to make it less of a hassle to submit a claim. But overall this is an excellent service if you have a houseful of electronics that may go out or may be broken in some shape or form.
Laid process was easy to file. Emailed conformation. It will come right to me. Easy no hassle claim service.

I was scared about filing a claim when my iPad stopped charging- I've had some very frustrating customer service experiences lately! All I had to do was go online and enter my information- and my claim was accepted- it took literally MINUTES-I wish everything was so easy!
I was well informed about the status of my device and it all was user friendly.
My service request was a nightmare. It took one month for the technician to finally come to fix my washer and guess what, the previous technician didn't order the right parts.
After that instead of putting me in a priority line as my washer was no longer working, they imposed to me that the next schedule date was a week and a half later. I cancelled the service request after that and I'm now trying to get reimbursed for the $100 dollars they charge in the first visit as the diagnosis was good for nothing.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
