Logged into asurion webpage and chose to "chat" with someone to process my claim. She was very effiecient. Asurion will send a prepaid shipping label so I can return my defective product, then they will issue a refund after receiving the defective product.

So this is an initial review assuming they follow through with the label and refund

Never thought would use it and when needed they give me a gift card with the full refund amount.

Highly recommended.

Had to get my phone activated and it was easy process

I had been on the phone with HP for 2 1/2 hours yesterday, to no avail.
Carlo had the patience and knowledge to connect my HP printer. It was so much easier than calling HP.
I am extremely thrilled I got Carlo and I thank him tremendously

My daughter spilled water into the keyboard of her MacBook. The device worked but there were lines on the screen. We filled a claim on line and took the device to ubreakifix. They overnighted it to asurion. They replaced the screen and mailed it back directly to me in one week. The process was quick and easy.

The process to get my laptop fixed was a very easy process.

I am say since I have switch over. I love Verizon. Customer service is beyond friendly.

Asurion tech is solid for each issue I've had and I enjoyed the wonderful ladies who have helped me

My refrigerator ice maker stopped working past the manufacturer's warranty. Asurion came through and sent a service tech with an updated ice maker right away. Thanks Asurion.

The installers where very nice and did a great job!

I was frustrated why I could no longer retrieve my voice messages. Anthony in tech service helped me with resetting my network and voicemail as well as reseting my pin. Within 30 minutes my issue was resolved. Anthony was patient while I performed the necessary steps on my end.

Everyone was really helpful and efficient. Their systems/processes appear to be well thought out. My tech was super nice and thoughtful - he cleaned up afterwards and even covered his shoes, rockstar customer service.

My juicer went kaput on me a few weeks ago. With the holidays, it's been a nightmare trying to get things done, so today, I decided to define my insurance policy and get a replacement. I spoke to a representative by the name of Rejoice, and honestly, I am rejoicing. They made it very easy for me to get my refund to get my new juicer.

My experience was quick and Joanne understood my needs and help me without hesitation. She was very nice and deserves a raise for her customer service.
