Logged into asurion webpage and chose to "chat" with someone to process my claim. She was very effiecient. Asurion will send a prepaid shipping label so I can return my defective product, then they will issue a refund after receiving the defective product.

So this is an initial review assuming they follow through with the label and refund

Perfect Chat with Carlo

I had been on the phone with HP for 2 1/2 hours yesterday, to no avail.
Carlo had the patience and knowledge to connect my HP printer. It was so much easier than calling HP.

Quick and easy to use

My daughter spilled water into the keyboard of her MacBook. The device worked but there were lines on the screen. We filled a claim on line and took the device to ubreakifix. They overnighted it to asurion. They replaced the screen and mailed it back directly to me in one week. The process was quick and easy.

My refrigerator ice maker stopped working past the manufacturer's warranty. Asurion came through and sent a service tech with an updated ice maker right away. Thanks Asurion.

My son-in-law had his phone replaced a few years back and his daughter has just submitted a claim for a cracked screen. Only $129 in 2 days. St
Ore representative set us up with a new phone package that would that would cost me a whole lot more for very little difference. I'm sure it's going to cost me two $35 activation fees when I return the new phone. Should have checked the insurance out first. Always check the phoneclaim.com first.

Outstanding Customer Service

I was frustrated why I could no longer retrieve my voice messages. Anthony in tech service helped me with resetting my network and voicemail as well as reseting my pin. Within 30 minutes my issue was resolved. Anthony was patient while I performed the necessary steps on my end.

Juicer goes kaput!

My juicer went kaput on me a few weeks ago. With the holidays, it's been a nightmare trying to get things done, so today, I decided to define my insurance policy and get a replacement. I spoke to a representative by the name of Rejoice, and honestly, I am rejoicing. They made it very easy for me to get my refund to get my new juicer.
