Filing a claim was super easy. I was basically done in 5 seconds. All answers were super clear. The only thing is I wish the replacement was the same color of my original color of my Apple Watch. I originally purchased a pink watch but am getting a replacement for a space grey instead.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
