IF UBREAKIT THEYFIXIT. YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO A THING. BECAUSE BEFORE YOUR EYE COULD BLINK THREE TIMES THEY TEXTED, "FIXED IT, COME BY ANYTIME AND GET IT.".

THE MONEY IS WORTH IT FOR THE WORK THEY DO IS PROFESSIONAL, EXPEDIENT, AND SENSATIONAL. IF PERFECT HAD A FAMILY NAME. IT WOULD BE ASURION.

So I lost my phone and apply for claim. Today is my 16th day without phone. According to company's policy it take only 24 hours I call them every single day and they told me to fill same thing again and again. Some of the representatives are really bad. Don't know how to deal with costumers. Never ever gonna take this insurance company again and I definitely suggest my friends and family not to take this insurance.I pay for insurance almost 1 year and I am happy to buy new phone rather than wasting my time with them. Really bad experience.

Andrew does not know the difference between a pop-up and a text message. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he replied with the supervisor wants to know what you want to ask him. My reply was I would like to know the supervisor's first and last name. Andrew transferred me back to the general queue.

Windows updates disconnects printer

It seems every time I get a Windows update it knocks my printer offline and I can almost never get it reconnected. Fortunately the Asurion techs are there to help me. Much appreciated.
