I sent my "Mesa Boogie M9 Carbine" bass amplifier to Asurion to repair the internal cooling fans. The fans didn't work when I bought the amp, which was used. The amp would overheat after 10 minutes of use. It also had EQ sliders that were slightly loose but functional regardless. I sent my amplifier to Asurion through Guitar Center's product protection plan I had purchased, which payed for the shipping. After about 3 weeks out for repair, the amp came back well packed, and Both fans working properly. I didn't mention the EQ slider looseness, but they had resolved that issue as well with having been asked. Im very happy with their work and prompt repair and return time. Many thanks.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
