TV tech ( dales tv repair in Lafayette la)150 miles away. She said she doesn't drive in the rain and might not be able to see me in a week. WHAT your not a roofer. Called back asurion they said they will try to find another tv tech, two days later nothing.Called asurion and asked for my 107.17 refund for the fee they charge to start the claim.and called verizon and cancelled the phone and home warranty.I don't have the time for all this crap.It looks like I will be out a tv for weeks with them, I will just go buy a new one tonight. What a waste of time and money
The screen on our seven year old notebook failed. We dropped it off on Saturday and it was ready for pickup Wednesday afternoon, despite a three-day holiday weekend. They exceeded our expectations by updating the battery as well. No extra charge. Great service!

I've had this service starting around 2014 and have never had any problems whatsoever. It's just reassuring to know that everything is Covered. Just knowing that help is just a click away keeps your mind at ease about anything that could go wrong.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
