TOO SLOW

TV tech ( dales tv repair in Lafayette la)150 miles away. She said she doesn't drive in the rain and might not be able to see me in a week. WHAT your not a roofer. Called back asurion they said they will try to find another tv tech, two days later nothing.Called asurion and asked for my 107.17 refund for the fee they charge to start the claim.and called verizon and cancelled the phone and home warranty.I don't have the time for all this crap.It looks like I will be out a tv for weeks with them, I will just go buy a new one tonight. What a waste of time and money

What a great experience!

The screen on our seven year old notebook failed. We dropped it off on Saturday and it was ready for pickup Wednesday afternoon, despite a three-day holiday weekend. They exceeded our expectations by updating the battery as well. No extra charge. Great service!

Great tech support

I was having issues with hotspot connectivity on a device and chose to chat with Asurion. The waIt was minimal and she was friendly, positive, professional and knowledgeable. She walked me through several scenarios an resolved my issues promptly and with aplomb. Really an excellent tech support experience on all fronts.

Pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a difficult case the the previous agent did not know how to resolve the previous day, He was able to fix it and pleasant and made a good conversation during resolution time. He is a great agent to have at your company. You need more agents on his caliber.

Phone insurance

I took my phone for new screen, and when I pickup, they told me that needs an additional internal repairs,costing me out of pocket $100.00 more.thats ridiculous!
It is chaper to take my phone to another shop and repair it.
I just cancel my insurance from at&t.
For years i was paying 8.00 a month for,nothing!
