I am the head of household with six people. Each one of us has his own laptop and iPad this home plus insurance is a life-saving to keep this devices functioning and saving money on buying new products.
First time to use my 3 year warranty & paid for itself on first service call. Recommend buying one on dishwasher. A service call takes a little more than a week to schedule. The technician was prompt & courteous checking in when at my location.
Out tv went out and I filed a claim and within 1 week we had a new tv. Very satisfied with this company.
It is really fast and easy to file the claim super fast shipping. It's just an amazing insurance. I recommended 100%.
Technician was fabulous and the service was A+. When I called they gave me an appointment right away thank goodness I got the extended warranty.
Although when scheduling for the initial service call, they wouldn't narrow down a time frame. Tech did call to let me know when he could be at my house. Courteous, knowledgeable and even fixed a problem that was overlooked by another service company ( several times)

We had a very prompt response to the repair of our child's Xbox. A shipping label was delivered to our email and the Xbox was mailed out that day at a nearby UPS facility. We will continue to use asurion and highly recommend it to anyone.
Having a fridge break is pretty stressful, however the repair and claim process through Asurion was amazing. Speedy service and reimbursement that exceeded my expectations. I've never purchased an extended warranty before - and will now make sure to always have one if Asurion is the warranty partner.

Easy process to initiate a claim, very cooperative over the phone when assistance needed. Second to none service provided.
Arranging for a repair person to come to our home to repair our GE washer was relatively easy. I was given a date and time period for the repair, and the technician arrived a bit earlier than expected. She was able to diagnose the problem in just a few minutes and fixed it. Fortunately, no parts were required and the repair was completed quickly. I was quite satisfied with the service.
After TV failed to operate and following TV manual instructions to reset the TV through Factory Reset, the same problem persisted. I looked up Asurion Plan I purchased when I bought the TV on Amazon and followed the instructions for filing a claim. The claim process was simple to follow and it appears I will be receiving a refund in the form of a gift card, which is fine with me. I am very pleased with the coverage and claim submission approval process. I have other Asurion Plans from other Amazon products but this is the first time I've needed to use one. I will continue to be a customer!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
