From beginning to end, Asurion made the process simple to navigate through. Easy payment for processing and onward to taking my device to The UPS store. Customer service was a breeze and there was no guessing as to where my watch was during the delivery, during repairs, and again through the delivery back to me. Valve steam deck device malfunctioned and would no longer turn on. Filed claim and paid deductible online through Asurion which took about 5 min to complete. Quickly received shipping label via email and mailed in device the same day. Received notice that they received my item and that it was being inspected within 3 days. 2 day later received notice that it was not able to be repaired and was given settlement amount which was accepted and received in less than 24 hours. Entire process from beginning to end of claim was roughly 7 business days. Truly wonderfully executed process. I highly recommend Asurion Home Device Protection!

Paperwork needed to fill out to correct the issue was good. However, if a mistake is made you don't advise the customer of the issue you just reject the claim. I had to call to check up on my claim and then I found out I had a issue the date was entered wrong? A simple phone call and a over the phone call could have fix this issue quickly. It took a few extra days to get this claim rolling once it was corrected and moving everything went along very well, thank you it was well worth the money spent.

So after a period of time I was having issues with my ice maker that I purchased. Called in to report the issue and the process was simple.

Found tear in area close to shoulder strap.I examined the tear I believe tear is in area that compromises backpack and will continue to weaken the more I use pack.this pack was purchased in Sept 2022 it is January 2023 I have used this pack less than 4 months.I have bought another pack to replace this one.even upon receiving this pack I did not feel that the size 85l was accurate and have owned 65l packs that have held more. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
