So glad we took out the extended warranty with Asurion when we bought our refrigerator/freezer from Home Depot. They sent out Matthew from Lake Appliance & Repair and he did an excellent job diagnosing/fixing our problem with our ice maker and then double-checked his work. Asurion gets a "10" rating from us & we highly recommend.

I called the number gave a pleasant employee the information - a prompt call from Dion as promised -he arived on time - knew exactly what was wrong & fixed it. Broken washer was covered by Home Depot extended warranty managed by Asurion. Asurion dispatched VIA technician. Response was within a couple days of placing call. Technician immediately diagnosed the problem, pulled replacement part from his truck and was all done in one half hour. Technician was very experienced, professional, and considerate. I don't know how this experience could have gone better. Sure glad I had the extended warranty on this!
Dryer shutting off and making clunking noise. Call my Home Depot warranty and a technician was out within a couple days to look at it. Problem detected, parts ordered and as soon as parts came in I messaged Taylor my technician and he was out promptly to replace the broken parts. Great experience all around. Highly recommend.
I have had many techs come to repair products just ending up doing the work myself to correct all of their mistakes. Not this time. I told the tech what I thought was wrong and a week later he said I was right, and it was fixed.

The 'monitor' on my laptop all of a sudden started showing hundreds of colored lines so that I could not see the screen. After calling the 'computer company' and finding out my 1 year warranty had just ended... I called Asurion explained the problem, and immediately they sent me a label to send my laptop in. For $520/yr I had 4 devices insured. We tend to keep our devices several years. When we filed a claim for a Galaxy S21 Asurion replaced it with a refurbished device and charged a $225 deductible, about the aftermarket value of a refurbished model. This insurance is clearly only cost effective if you update your devices frequently.
I hated that I had to take time to return my kettle, which I loved (only committed tea drinkers will understand). I don't usually buy extra protection but it was so reasonable $2.99 I had to. The Asurion rep was awesome, understanding, and quick with the fix. I had to return my kettle, but it was picked up at my door next day and I received my return cheque in the mail within a week. WOW! Not what I expected. I thought I would be waiting 4-6 weeks, but it was in my mailbox in less than a week. Excellent service!

Asurion $#*!ing sucks...nobody knows what they are doing...don't ever get any $#*!ing insurance threw them.about 10 days ago I returned my broken phone and I was supposed to get a refund in24 to 72 hours and haven't received $#*!...$#*! these people. They all need to learn how to do their job...Amazon doesn't know what they are doing either

They did not disclose the product properly nor give us the right information when asked, because I asked questions when they (Verizon) were trying to sell methe product, probably got someone new, because usually I get all the questions and questions I didn't even know I had answered properly! Call insurance # got a rude representative first hand( I tell her last Friday and she's like in need a date, like she's not sitting in Front of a computer, I work in customer service and I know how to make a customers life easier I didn't even had my phone in my hands). (probably by protocol) asked the info of the devices that needed fixing, then asked for my personal information, then proceeded to tell me that the product sort of have a grace period of 30 days before you can used it so the claim was consider prior even though they charge upfront for the service that they lie about when selling. Then since they got the information for the device you can't claim it in the future, also May I add it was only Days away. If they really wanted to help they could have said hey let's wait to enter the details so this claim can be accepted. I've been a client with Verizon /Asurion for over decade and they can't just say wait 9 days or let's override this and we're here for you to help! Very very disappointed with the "customer service" and the actual "service" all they did was served themselves with my hard earned money,( the insurance and the phone service)

We have Home Protect and our main TV stopped working, it would come on but no picture. I submitted a claim using the easy online claim form. Within minutes I was picking out my new television that was sent to my home within 3 days. Fast and Easy!
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
