Well, several appointments and several different repairman to try to silence noise in dryer. Clicking or thumbing. They never got rid of it even replacing just about every part they could. Now before insurance runs out they sent me a communication saying their no longer fixing dryer.

This is against Asurian home insurance, been with this company for more than 6 years I pay the monthly dues and rarely use them, my hp printer stopped working I called them they said it is covered and we did trouble fix first the printer had brand new original hp ink cartilages I bout it fir 125$
After eating one week fir the printer to be fixed I received an email with not that they are compensating me 100$ fir the printer and it can not be fixed, I requested a replacement they said no I requested the new ink cartilages which coast me 125$ to be returned to me they said no I requested an increase in the compensation since a new printer with same specification will coast around 420$ they said no
So it is we just pay you 100$ which is less than they coast of the ink

Why I was not told from the start that if they can not fix it I will be compensated 100$ and there is no replacement?
Why they asked me to send brand new original ink cartilages with the printer?

I have been an Asurion customer since ever since they were integrated into Verizon's Mobile protect plan and was been generally happy with the service / peace of mind it provides. The charger port on a recently upgraded phone I purchased last year broke, and I received a refurbished replacement phone (covered by the original warranty) delivered by Asurion in short order.
The replacement phone then proceeded to continue to restart randomly on its own, and over time had gotten progressively worse until the phone became unusable. In late August, I went to the Verizon store where for 2 hours with the Verizon customer service representative and I were passed back and forth between Asurion and Verizon phone representatives. I counted speaking to at least 9 different representatives who had no record of the previous conversation, blindly talking through a script without listening to what we were actually saying, and ultimately deflected responsibility without providing any possible solutions. I then had to spend another 4 hours with tech support that night to prove the issue was not due to software I installed and that the phone (lemon) needed to be replaced. Asurion then charged me a $230 deductible in order to replace the unusable phone. When I asked if any compromise could be made considering the circumstances (the replacement phone became unusable over time with no damage), they told me that there is no lemon law in Florida!
It is clear this company's policy are designed to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. I will no longer use Asurion nor recommend their service to anyone else.

This company does a great service to their customers - great service, on time, very friendly, and leave the space clean when finished with job.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
