I couldn't figure out how to set my husband's phone to show battery level with a digital number like my phone. Tech Coach Mario Emily showed me how to do this talking me through the steps.
If you file a claim they will do everything they can to get you to drop the claim, they will deny the claim without real reason and not be forthcoming in fixing it they will tell you the deductable is $99 and charge more for service and bs. They really suck. For good phone insurance get a good AMEX card and use it to auto pay, if it is a high enough up the line card you will be covered. These guys suck.
My microwave died, and thankfully, I had an extended warranty still in force. I called Home Depot and they connected me with Asurion. The Asurion representative listened to my problem and immediately set up an appointment with GE to repair my microwave.

I filed a claim with my HP laptop. I only had it a couple of years, but the email that we set our laptop and other apps with was hacked. We couldn't access the email and wasn't able to update to the new email address and it kept blocking us. With my claim, I saved over $100. UBreakIFix by Largo Mall was great with my claim. They were quick, great communication, professional and was able to fix my issues in less than two days. Thank you!

We bought a new dryer for our salon and thank goodness we purchased the insurance. As in just over 6 months the dryer just stopped working. Our policy made it easy to start a claim I had to speak with a representative but quickly received a return label and a check for the full purchase price. No hassle at all.

I was a bit surprised to get my money back in the form of an online e-giftcard to Walmart, since I was told it would be a check mailed to me. I did use it. It was a biy annoying to have to keep looking up the card when it was time to pay with it. Everything else was fine.

At first getting my computer registered to be fixed was a bit tricky. The staff was very helpful with helping me find the proper serial and model number. Once that was completed and the lap top was dropped off for repairs. Asurion did the rest. My lap top was not fixable so the replaced it with a much better model. And kept in touch with me with every step along the way. Thank you.
I usually buy the protection plan on anything used or reconditioned. I don't expect to use it. Most of the time, your products outlast the warranty, but this time it didn't. In very little time, and with very little effort, I was refunded my entire purchase price. I cannot say enough about how well this situation was resolved.

I would give it a zero Stars if I could. I don't like this place because I bought a warranty and they're saying that it's not covered and I spent my money for my son for the warranty and they're not letting me fix my scooter with it.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
