Quick and easy process

My laptop had a spill, and could not function. Luckily I had the Asurion Home Plus and booked for appointment and took it for repair. Unfortunately I think it was beyond economic repair in a blink of an eye ups was at my door with a package that required signature. Without having an idea of where the package was coming from I opened it and there was a brand new Hp spectre! I Thankyou and I appreciate for the best service! It was fast resolution! Everyone needs Asurion home plus in their life.

The ABSOLUTE BEST!

I filed a claim for my TV that most likely was struck by lightning, during work, 7pm-7am. Paid the co pay and could not believe that a brand new TV was delivered at 11am the next day. If you do not have your coverage, what are you doing with your life?! Buy it! Just buy it, you certainly will not regret it.

They KNOW their stuff!

After a total failure with the "service" on an extended warranty purchased from a local company we called Samsung and they connected us to you.
You contacted us prior to the scheduled repair, your technician showed up and on time. He was professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly!

My tv wasn't working correctly and the Asurion rep came to my house, explained the process, took my tv and returned it in 3 days. Dean (the rep) explained the repair and set the tv up before he left.

Professional Technician

The technician was very polite, explained everything and tried to determine what was causing the microwave noise. He was exceptionally professional and demonstrated great mannerisms. He seemed to be a great asset to your company. He seemed very interested in helping his peers also.

My son spilled milk on my laptop and a fan was going/gone out. I set up my claim on line. Within two days I had the box and shipping labels at my door. In less than two weeks I had a new laptop on my desk due to the fact that my old laptop was non repairable. No delays. It is such a pleasure to deal with a company, especially a warranty company that do what they say they are going to do..

My desktop computer crashed and I was worried that I would have to purchase a new one. Thankfully I remembered that I had home electronics coverage with Asuarion. I called and they were very helpful in processing my claim, send shipping material within days. I was able get my computer back within 2 weeks which surprised me. I was also able to get some tech support even after to help setup my internet. This is a very useful service, and I would recommend it to anyone with Verizon. Thanks!

Samsung 75 inch tv

Our experience was excellent from beginning to end. They picked up our tv and it was repaired quickly. They are very knowledgeable and have great friendly communication.
