Dropped my ipad off at u break I fix in Puyallop Wa in December of 2022. Kept getting the run around on why it wasn't fixed. They kept telling me thy would find out and call back. Never did. Called Asurion, the parent company and thing only got worse. They escalated my claim to a supervisor who did an investigation and closed the case without notification or resolution. I have waisted way too many hours and dollars on this with no resolution. Absolutely would not ever recommend this company to anyone.
My claim was handled promptly and efficiently. Will definitely go Asurion in the future.

Turns out is was a cost effective way to replace my TV with the most comparable. I filled out the form and they took care of finding the TV and having it shipped at no extra cost. Thank you asuriin for making the process quick and easy.
Initially, I was reluctant to purchase the insurance through Asurion. The technician who came out in response to my service call, convinced me on the benefits of the insurance. When my TV went out, I had no choice but file a claim. From the beginning of the claim process til the arrival of the replacement TV, everything was easily processed. There were no long wait to speak to a rep about my issue nor was there a long turn around time before my replacement TV was at my door. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. Way to go Asurion! You are the real deal!

I sent 3 iPads for repair but they only fixed 1 & 1/2 they did not fix problems I had with staying connected to the wi fi really I don't think they checked it the other one they just sent it back without any kind of repairs fill like I got ripped off so now I have to send it to a shop and I'm probably going to cancel the premier protection because I am definitely not satisfied

It was fast and easy there was no catch and it ship so quickly even getting a replacement thank you.
I had a headset issue, I sent it in, went smoothly. Same week a printer issue. Headset - was old, could not be fixed but I got my co-pay back and some money for the headset. My printer was returned to me in under 3 days. SO EASY and so far I have had a laptop replaced, a printer fixed and a headset reimbursement. It has covered all the costs for having the plan and I don't care if electronics break.
Sent in my AirPods after they had been punctured after someone stepped on them. They had them fixed super quickly and they work amazing!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
