The whole process of fixing my laptop was quick. I filed a claim, dropped off the laptop at UPS and had my laptop back at my door fixed in less than two days! My laptop came quicker than the Amazon package I had ordered the same day I placed a claim with Asurion. Y'all are quicker than Amazon!

I was a little skeptical when Asurion offered me a warranty for the electronics in my house even though I never had any issues when I've used their warranty on the cellular in my household.
My all-in-one computer had some issues first with the screen itself and then microsoft's blue screen issues. I called asurion to satart a claim on it and after a few questions over the phone and then filling out a claim form online, the claim process started and it took about two weeks to get the computer back already fixed and so far, no issues to report after about two weeks of use.
I would recommend Asurion's warranty service for your home electronics (such as tablets, computers, TV's, etc).
You'll pay a $95 deductible for claim. In my case it was worth it because I would've spent probably 4 times that amount if I didn't have their warranty.
This company is not insurance. It's a replacement program. Where most companies would insure your device and help you repair it, they will only replace it. If you want to keep your device or have your device repaired, that's an out-of-pocket cost only. Also - don't take it to their Asurion UBreakIFix store... that is also out-of-pocket. The only option you have is to replace your phone. If you want to fix it vs. getting some refurbished phone through the mail, check out a company like Upsie or others who are actual insurance.
I had problems with one of my devices in my home. I answered a few questions, printed off a label, and sent off the equipment. Next thing you know, it's back at my home, working like new!

I Phoned to enquire about my extended warranty from Costco, on my 65 inch LG television. The lady that took my call was both patient and courteous with me. She made me feel so good about having bought the extended warranty. I was also not as well prepared as I could and should have been, complicating matters further. She even registered my warranty for this and another LG 50 inch TV that was also purchased at Costco, I had purchased for my daughter. I thought I had registered both with Asurian but must have made an error when doing so, as both were not in the data base. This lady had me get the receipts for both and together we got the job done. I had the TV repaired within a week once this was done. Thanks so much. Well worth the additional cost.

I am beyond pissed I dealt with Telus and he talked me out of apple care and told me I should get asurian biggest mistake I've ever made. My phone ended up broken and I had to make a claim so I did first of all they didn't have the color option available that my phone was I had the pink iPhone 13 and they sent me starlight which I am not happy about as the only reason I got the iPhone 13 was for the pink one! Then I receive it and its not brand new its a refurbished one that I had to pay $260 for when I already have to pay $15 a month for and the price of the phone that Im still paying off which is absolute bull$#*!. Now there's no way to transfer all my stuff over so I'm stuck with a $#*!ty refurbished phone that doesn't have any of my messages none of my photos or contacts I'm beyond angry and frustrated that they even offer refurbished phones I would like a brand new pink iPhone 13 as that's the one I originally had and not a refurbished one as I still have to pay $600 on it FIX THIS ISSUE ASURIAN! I will never recommend you to anyone and I will tell everyone about my experience and make sure that no one ever uses your $#*!ty company!

I've been paying Verizon for home protrct for quite a while and actually needed them(asurion) and was presented with issue after issue. I was extremely upset and wanted to elevate the matter, but then they gave me an absolutely fantastic rep name Danica. She absolutely positively turned around my mindset about the company and the service. They dare ask if they could've done anything better. Before I got possibly the greatest rep "ever", I was like, " man, please". After the constant callbacks, problem solving skills and the dedication that she displayed, my answer is Nothing. Danica (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) was absolutely awesome. She was attentive, caring, knowledgeable, charming and extremely helpful. Gove her a raise, make her the manager. She is absolutely fantastic, other reps wouldn't attempt to go the extra miles that she did. She is truly an asset. Thanks for hiring her, my situation was ridiculous until she came aboard. I was initially slightly rude to her in the beginning because of past reps. She won me over and she and her customer service star etiquette won me over.
Great, easy to talk to the technician. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done.
I sent my phone into them once, they gave me 1/2 of what they quoted and promised.
Just submitted another claim for my tablet stand holder. My car was stolen and the same with the tablet holder, their insurance plan does not cover loss or stolen items. I got a refund for a whopping $3. Not even worth the time to wait on hold for 15 minutes.
I will NEVER use Asurion again. They are in same boat with monopolistic ISPs imo.

Monday morning with the gracious help of Karen at South Burlington, VT, Staples I sent my laptop to Asurion. Wednesday morning I received an email that my laptop had arrived and would be fixed within 5 business days and returned to me. That same afternoon I received an email that my laptop had been fixed and was on the way back to me. I received it Friday. Amazing service. Thank you.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
