I paid for insurance on a golf glove. The palm wore out within the coverage period. Filed a claim, mailed the old glove, and received an e-gift card shortly after. No hoops to jump through no hassle

Jesus what a cluster. Insured my iPad and devices over a month ago. Just tried to file a claim. They had me download a form I was unable to view much less edit on my iPhone. They couldn't explain how to electronically submit it. I was cut off by three reps after asking to speak to a native English speaker. Not racist; just impossible to understand them. I loved The store uBreakiFix but I fear Asurian will destroy it. What a shame! Never again

My experience was not bad with Asurion from beginning to the end everyone was very helpful in trying to get my claim in and completed. Over all it took about 2 weeks and now I am awaiting the arrival of my new Television from Asurion all because I purchased the Asurion home coverage plan through AT&T for only 24.99 a month which I am glad that I did because having this plan saved me from having to purchase a new Television out of my pocket..
Asurion was very efficient and my communication with them was very positive. I would definitely recommend them.
The process in place is fairly straightforward. At first it seems like allot of trouble to go through but after the first experience, it really isn't that bad.

Treadmill I purchased from $#*!s: was defective from the beginning, as technician found out when he arrived at my home. Unfortunately, due to Covid, or whatever the problem is it took the technician almost 2 months to arrive at my home. He fixed the factory defect, it could have happened elsewhere; I cannot know when, or why it happened. I simple know I was without my treadmill, so yes buy an insurance policy, I do not assemble treadmills, but I learned alot from the technician, who did an excellent job.

Our refrigerator developed several problems which were difficult for the servicing company to pinpoint and resolve. Asurion stayed with us from the paperwork end and after a handful of service calls, we now appear to have the problems solved.

My Mac book wasn't turning on n the screen wasn't cracked but something funky was going on with it they fixed super fast had it back within a weeks time
The technician arrived fully prepare starting by confirming what the problem was. He immediately went to work. He ran a complete diagnostic test to confirm there were no other issues.
Protection plan in 2020 with Home Depot, was beneficial, as in 2023 my dishwasher stopped working, however, the warranty saved the day. Asurion fixed the problem and both their service Reps who came over were professional and knew the problem and fixed it with a New Part.

We purchased all new appliances for our new home back in 2018. We chose to purchase the 5 year protection plan. It's so great that as we needed services we we're still covered. Setting up services was easy breezy! We will absolutely continue to renew our coverage as needed… as well as always purchase accompanying coverage for all major purchases. Getting the protection plan is definitely worth it, and I would recommend it highly. I had a golf glove that developed a hole in the palm, and it was 100% covered for replacement, and the process was super easy and fast.

The Service man was awesome he calls the day before and called the day of before he got here he was very polite, he ordered the part told me when part would be delivered and gave me a date and time he would come back and everything he said was done exactly how he said. He came back and got it done really quick and my ice maker is working great the thing that water line goes Thu the box was busted and was leaking water on my floor but I'm all good now thank you very much!
When I pay a 275.00 deductible it should be partialy charged when I get it! I'm not happy how much they make off of this. And should be able to get a different phone of Same value. Do not get flip 4, garbage will not hold up. I had a excellent case and in holster that is padded dropped it and was damaged. I've been a long time samsung customer and very dissatisfied!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
