Can not cancel via website or chat & no one answers the phone so you can cancel. Waited an hour each call 2 separate #'s I was provided. Tried calling 6 times now with same results, stuck in que when I call.
I am an extremely happy customer with Asurion. I had issues with a printer that I purchased, and I am happy that I chose Asurion as my insurance protection. I did not have any issues with receiving my insurance claim nor filing my insurance claim. I will definitely use Asurion in the future.
The entire process for my claim on my TV was smooth and hassle free. Even when I had to call, the representatives were super friendly and knowledgeable. Claim resolution was quick with no issues. Very easy and quick process.

I did purchase a home phone through Amazon and I was suggested to purchase the protection plan. I'm so glad I chose the Asurion protection plan for 3 years which it helped me because the phone I purchased stop working a year later and I was able to get the money back from the phone with the Asurion plan. This time when I purchase another phone I've got the plan for longer time. I would recommend the Asurion protection plan to anyone. It's better to have it!
HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES BEFORE I GOT THE RETURN LABEL THE 1ST TIME I WAS TOLD UPS WOULD PICK UP THE PARCEL AND BRING THE RETURN LABEL. AFTER THE 3RD CALL THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD EMAIL THE LABEL FOR US TO PRINT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. WITH A WEEK WE HAD OUR FULL RETURN.
The whole experience was easy - and the people who were called to fix our devices were professional and timely! But what was most impressive was Asurion. They called me, unsolicited, to check on the progress of the repair. They called the technician to ask for an update on completion. It was above and beyond, and I greatly appreciated it!
Everything and everyone is so easy and knowledgeable, online was a breeze and when I did have to speak to the representative they were so supportive and ready to help with everything.
I was unable to resolve my problem at Staples store in Olean NY, I was glad I found a phone number to call for assistance. That ended up in the Philippines, but the man who helped me, got my refund in 10 days, took care of our problem. I still think the store could have replaced the chair in house, took me awhile to solve this problem, but DONE.

I recommend this insurance to anyone that purchase any equipment. They respond in a reasonable time.
From start to finish the process was super easy. Let them know what happened on the claim site, got offered to bring it into a local uBreakiFix and have it repaired. Couldn't repair it so they replaced it with a much newer model. Macbook Pro 2010 to Macbook Air 2022, wish I would have gotten a Pro but I'm not going to complain about getting a $1,000 Macbook for $100. Really great program if you have a lot of tech like I do.
Process was easy and the turn around time was about a week. Seamless customer service. Worth it! 5 stars!

The Assurion technicians did an excellent job repairing My Samsung 82" QLED TV, which they made it like a brand new TV. I love it. Because they did, unexpectedly, something great for me. The Samsung TV is working perfectly. I really appreciated it. I'll recommend any one, friends, relatives, or even strangers to trust the Assurion with their appliances.It was a great experience for me; so you out there to have the same experiences that I had. You can believe me. Because you won't regret it. This is real!
While still under warranty our washer started having issues. The techs came and did all they could to fix the issue. It took several attempts due to parts not being in stock but overall our washer was fixed and we couldn't be more pleased with the communication and the techs willingness to assist.
Our washer works as good as new.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
