My freezer door handle broke. I called Asurion, who told me I needed to purchase the part myself and then turn in a receipt to get it refunded. This seemed crazy, what do I know about freezer parts, but she helped me find a parts website and she found the part. I ordered it for 154.00. The next day the company who actually installs the part said they would be bringing it and it was covered in my extended warranty, I didn't need to pay anything! I called Asurion back, and this agent told me no, the part wasn't covered and I could only be reimbursed 50%. Back to the installer who said the customer service doesn't know all the ins and outs of the warranty and I didn't need to provide anything. I tried to stop the part order, but it was too late. I can send it back, but I'm out 26.00 for shipping back and forth. If they tell you that you have to order any parts, don't do it, wait to talk to the actual repair company!

Stolen Phone Blues

I was recently enjoying a wonderful cruise vacation. On the return to port my phone was stolen from the ladies restroom. I realized I didn't have it about five minutes after my friend and I left the restroom. We hurried back to get it from a shelf in a stall, and it was already gone. We went to guest services to report it missing, but no one turned it in before we got back to port. I made several stops at guest services but nothing turned up. The only good thing was that I had insurance that replaced my loss. If you don't have your phone insured I highly recommend that you consider doing that.

Fastest Support I have seen

My work depends on me living on my phone. I accidently broke my it during a workout. It was easy to get the referral from my cellular provider insurance plan. All and all it took a total of 2 hours for the whole process. This saved me a lot of trouble and hassle. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Very please and quick

I went to my local AT&T store to ask about my phone insurance and they gave me information I needed to make my claim. I made my claim in the website, wrote a simple description with issues I had with my phone. Once I submitted my claim the next day I got my replacement phone.

Battery replacement

My overall experience was phenomenal. I had a scheduled appointment between 1-3pm. But Henry came a little early. I didn't mind though. He made sure I understood what he was about to do. He was very polite and professional. And overall my battery was replaced with damage done to my iPhone.
